Rob & Hayley Stead took over ownership of Gilbies Bar & Bistro in 2016. You'll find Rob running the busy bar whilst Hayley can be found looking after the finances and their young daughter.

We’re sticking to what we’re good at - tapas, light bites & hearty main meals, but the menu is frequently updated with new dishes.

The bar team are keen to develop their product knowledge in bringing you the latest drinks from the ever expanding range of brands entering the market, and customer service is of utmost importance.
