Join us for a journey through Spanish wines and tapas.
We're offering a guided tasting of cava, wines and sherry by expert Paul Heading of Tanners, and a selection of complementary Spanish tapas dishes prepared by us at Gilbies.
We'll kick off the evening with a glass of cava on arrival, followed by an introduction by Paul, who'll then guide you through a selection of red and white wines. Tapas will be served throughout, rounding off the evening with a Pedro Ximenez sherry.

To begin: Charcuterie board of antipasto and bruschetta
Followed by: Mixed tapas of garlic shrimps, ham croquettes, patatas bravas, chorizo braised in red wine, meatballs in a fresh tomato sauce
To finish: Churros in cinnamon sugar with a hot chocolate dip
