Gilbies is open Tuesday to Sunday from 11am, serving brunch, lunch and dinner.
We're excited to welcome our new Head Chef Alex Goulding. Bringing a dynamic & innovative energy to our bistro, he's created an entirely new menu of modern mains & small plates using locally sourced, seasonal produce. Whilst we'll still be serving up your favourites such as cod & chips, burgers & steak, there are some amazing new small plates such as lamb rump with a basil & Parmesan sauce and beetroot & gin cured salmon.
Alex has got an impressive resume, having been instrumental in opening two new restaurants in London before returning to Hereford where he's been working as a senior sous chef at the Kilpeck Inn.

RESET THE ROAST
Every Sunday between 12 and 4 we're serving our revamped roast dinners which are perfect washed down with a fabulous wine, port or beer, & we won't scrimp on the gravy!
